Mr. Minuko is the blue-skinned advisor to Queen Vyra. He’s been a friend to House Broum for years, so she
trusts him. However, he gives off almost nothing and is incredibly hard to read. Hard to tell whether he’s playing an extremely long con to depose the Queen, or if he would lay down his life for her in an instant.
Mr. Minuko is a talented Psion. He used his psychic abilities to help in the post-war trials to determine who was lying about being psychically influenced vs those who willingly helped the Harbingers.
