King Victor I was the first ruler of Stin Cepel, 2,000 years B.C. Through his battle prowess and keen sense of diplomacy, he brought together the various human clans under his rule and established the Kingdom of Stin Cepel. He is viewed as one of the two most influential rulers in Stin Cepel's history (along with Ana II), and is called the Father of Stin Cepel.
